Joe has extensive experience in negotiating, structuring, and closing multifamily deals involving agency loans and private placement securities. Nate is currently a Tax Manager at Tidwell Group in Atlanta, GA, where he focuses in multifamily residential and mixed-use commercial real estate, affordable housing, low-income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, 45L energy-efficient home tax credits, and 1031 exchanges.  Nate utilizes his accounting background to help PPV and its investors streamline K-1 production and minimize their tax liability at every stage of their investments. Nate obtained his undergraduate and Master's Degree from the University of Georgia.</image:caption>
