Jeffrey Sureck
Jeff is a founding partner of PPV and currently assists in PPV’s acquisition, financing and disposition efforts, as well as asset management and investor relations.
Before founding PPV, Jeff practiced law as a commercial real estate and finance attorney in Atlanta. Jeff majored in economics at the University of Georgia, received his law degree from Vanderbilt University and earned a certificate in Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Joe Brock
Joe earned his B.A. from Amherst College and his J.D. and M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from Georgia State University. He is a founding partner of PPV and his background is as a real estate finance and development attorney. Joe acts as PPV’s general counsel and assists in all aspects of PPV’s underwriting, acquisition, disposition, and asset management activities. Joe has extensive experience in negotiating, structuring, and closing multifamily deals involving agency loans and private placement securities. Throughout Joe’s career, he has closed hundreds of real estate transactions across various asset classes and has been recognized multiple times by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch.
Nate Rubin
Nate is a Certified Public Accountant who assists PPV as its primary bookkeeper and tax advisor. Nate is currently a Tax Manager at Tidwell Group in Atlanta, GA, where he focuses in multifamily residential and mixed-use commercial real estate, affordable housing, low-income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, 45L energy-efficient home tax credits, and 1031 exchanges. Nate utilizes his accounting background to help PPV and its investors streamline K-1 production and minimize their tax liability at every stage of their investments.
Nate obtained his undergraduate and Master's Degree from the University of Georgia.
